Fully-functional password generator that includes:
- The ability to define a password length between 8 and 128 characters
- 4 options for types of characters to include in password: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Alert system to ensure at least one string of characters are chosen and that password length is within acceptable parameters
