Parrot Disaster Recovery Protocol

1. Drag and Drop the .gif files (pronounced /ɡɪf/) from the parrots, guests, and/or flags directories into your slack workspace, following the Neutral Face Emoji Tools instructions. You'll hit rate limits, no doubt, but don't let that stop you! Just take it a few dozen at a time.
