A lightweight command line app to search for books and compile a reading list, using the Google Books API

Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Make sure you have Node.js installed on your machine

A step by step series of examples that tell you how to get a development env running

Fork and clone this repository, and cd into the directory

cd book-finder

install dependencies with

npm install

launch the app with

node src/index.js

To install globally, and run simply with the command book-finder:

npm install -g .

Run the test suites with

jest
