Implement a ticket web application using React

Gettign started

1. Clone the repo
2. Navigate to the new project directory
3. Execute the command npm install to install all the dependencies
4. Change the name of .env_sample file to .env and add your Giphy API key
5. Execute the command npm run dev to run the dev environment
