rpi-powermeter
RPi-Powermeter is a tool for measuring the power consumption of devices, in particular, battery-powered mobile devices, with a Raspberry Pi. RPi-Powermeter consists of a hardware and software part. The hardware is a board for measuring and sampling the voltage and current of the device using a 12 bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) connected to the Raspberry Pi through SPI. The software runs on a Raspberry Pi with realtime extension (RT PREEMPT patch) to poll samples from the ADC with defined sampling frequency and log them concurrently to SD card for later post-processing.
