This repo contains a set of custom scripts that facilitate automatic switching between different light and dark subreddit themes for Reddit's old design, based on browser or OS appearance.
Here are the scripts included in this repository:
- Apicem Auto Night Mode: Automatically switches to the Apicem theme in Dark Mode.
- Mindashq-Carbon Auto Mode: Automatically switches between the Mindashq theme for Light Mode and the Carbon theme for Dark Mode.
- Naut Auto Night Mode: Automatically switches to the Naut theme in Dark Mode.
- Serene Auto Night Mode: Automatically switches to the Serene theme in Dark Mode.
- Simplit-reddicord Auto Mode: Automatically switches between the Simplit theme for Light Mode and the reddicord theme for Dark Mode.
All scripts run as intended via Violentmonkey or Userscripts Safari, next to Yesterday For Old Reddit on Firefox and Safari, as of January 31, 2024.
All scripts are based on Eramdam’s original implementation, which fetches CSS from a CDN.
