HOW TO RUN

1. open your terminal
2. navigate to be/ folder and run npm install
3. run with npm run dev
4. navigate to fe/ folder and run npm install
5. run with npm run dev
6. open http://localhost:3000 to access the app

TESTING

1. navigate to be/ and run npm run test
