Google Places API for Android Samples

Samples that use the Google Places API for Android.

This repo contains the following samples:

1. PlacePicker: Uses the PlacePicker widget and the Geo Data API to select a place and retrieve its details.
2. PlaceComplete: Implements an AutoCompleteTextView backed by the Place Autocomplete API.

Pre-requisites

• Android SDK v21
• Android Build Tools v21.1.1
• Android Support Repository

Getting Started

This sample uses the Gradle build system. To build this project, use the "gradlew build" command or use "Import Project" in Android Studio.
