Usage
The paper is written in Markdown (paper.Rmd) using RMarkdown syntax.
To create a PDF version of the paper you need pandoc, R and the rmarkdown and rticles R packages installed.
Run make to create the PDF (paper.pdf).
See make help for an overview of available targets.
Contribution
The develop branch is used during the writing phase.
Submissions (deadline and print version) will be merged into master and tagged accordingly.
