go to settings -> email/notifications -> email account in email account settings add new email account

- email name
- password
- if you want to recieve emails enable incoming settings (pop/imap)
- check default incoming
- check use imap.
- check ssl
- enter the imap server address and port.
- can enable document linking if you want to add contacts automatically.
- outgoing settings
- check enable outgoing.
- enter the smtp server.
- check use ssl for outgoing.
- add smtp port.
- check default outgoing.

- Change select to data and click update the form.
- Enter all the select data (dropdown options) and then update the form.
- change data to select and update the form.
