Raw data

All raw data is contined in raw_data.RData file in data folder. Additionally, we exported raw data to CSV files and compressed them in a .zip file. Note that some of the data is lost during the export to CSV and that RData is more complete.

.R file

User has to provide API key to run pmApiRequest() function in R script. API key can be obtained on PubMed.
