love2d-example-rotate-screen-fire-projectile-towards-mouse
This is an example for the Love2d game engine [love2d.org] that demonstrates firing projectiles towards the mouse while arbitrarily rotating the screen. By deriving the intended target coordinates in the original space from the mouse coordinates in the transformed screen/window space using some basic derived trigonometric equations. The love.exe binary is included so drag the included directory onto the exe or run the bat. I made this Feb 2016 so some of the engine has changed since then, but it still works.
