Add light datasets for demos and tests to djarchive

Demo datasets
- Only needs to include one acquisition package and one analysis package.
- It would be ideal for data to be <1 GB.

- Should be more comprehensive including all acquisition and analysis packages that are supported.

- We had a volunteer who was willing to record demo ephys data for us. Did they follow through?
- I have a potential lead on calcium imaging data.

- I'm under the impression that we already have solid tests data sets for calcium imaging and ephys, no?
- The demo data set for DLC will work for all currently supported features
