一、前言

📘 这份笔记是基于阅读Hands-on Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn,Keras & TensorFlow 2nd Edition所做的个人学习笔记，此书在2018年第一次出版，与《Deep Learning with Python》《Python Machine Learning》《Deep Learning》并称为深度学习”四大名著​​“。

由于第二版相较于第一版改动较大（具体各章节增删内容详见说明部分）且尚无中译本，基于此目的，这份笔记旨在帮助中文读者以更加高效地方式阅读本书以及代码，方便快速掌握机器学习基础内容以及方便地进行实践操作。

二、关于第二版的说明（Changes in Second Edition）

• 新增的章节内容：无监督学习部分（包括聚类、异常检测、密度估计和混合模型）、深度模型训练技巧（包括自归一化网络）、计算机视觉部分（包括 Xception、SENet、基于YOLO的目标检测、基于R-CNNs的语义分割）、基于CNNs序列建模（包括WaveNet）、使用RNNs、CNNs和Transformerator的自然语言处理、生成对抗网络、以及如何部署TensorFlow模型等。
• 更新深度学习研究的一些最新成果。
• 将所有的TensorFlow章节迁移到TensorFlow 2，并使用基于TensorFlow的Keras API，以简化代码示例。
• 更新代码示例以适应最新版本的Scikit-Learn、NumPy、Pandas、Matplotlib等库。
• 修正第一版中读者反馈的错误。
