This is a re-working and an improved version of the code outlined in the paper: "Deep_learning Based Approximate Graph Coloring for Register Allocation", by Dibyendu Das, Shahid Asghar Ahmad and Venkataramanan Kumar, LLVM-HPC Workshop co-located with Supercomputing 2020 ( https://llvm-hpc-2020-workshop.github.io/).
The new code has been developed with the help of Puneesh Khanna and Ankur Shukla of Intel.
