Currently, I lead the Machine Learning team at a social media company with 10M+ users. I am spearheading the design of Conversational Search using open-source large language models (LLMs) like Falcon, grounded by context using Retrieval-Augmented Generation to generate reliable responses and minimize hallucinations.

I have worked as an Applied Researcher in Natural Language Processing, focused on building Conversational AI to moderate toxic language on social media platforms like Reddit. Paper link here.
