SourceMod plugin that allows Ts to whistle (at someone)

Clone the repo (or download it as a .ZIP) and move the addons folder into the server's csgo folder. Accept folder merging and you're good to go!
- When looking at a working door (
func_door,func_door_rotating) or a button (func_button), whistling is disabled to not make door opening and casual +use things loud unintentionally
- Make cvars for:
- targeting on/off
- sound volume
- which team(s) have the ability
