BTBR_Mouse_Genetics_Research

This repository contains scripts and results for my group in the 2016-2017 Computational Biology class offered jointly through the Maine School of Science and Mathematics (my high school) and the Jackson Laboratories. This research project uses a mouse intercross provided by the Attie Labratory at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. We are using this data to identify genetic pathways associating the adipokine Interluekin-6 with diabetes and insulin.
