This is a service that handles charging and monitoring of a Tesla car.
Supports integration with ChargePoint to start nearby chargers when you open the charging door as well as automatically stopping them (to stop billing you) once the car is fully charged.
Exports all the numeric values about the car from the Tesla API to Prometheus.
