Deployment Plan:
- disable login on live site (i.e., to prevent app submissions and page edits), but maintain read-only access (Sarthak)
- sqldump and media tgz (Alex)
- scp files to stage, then remove pem (Alex)
- source sql (Sarthak)
- Replace media (update permissions on media dir) (Alex)
- quick test
- switch DNS (map apps.cytoscape.org to AWS instance) (Willy)
- quick test (including via Cytoscape)
- Test editor access to app pages. (Alex)
- If not working, then "renew" editor/app associations via admin panel (test first few changes to confirm)
- confirm SSL certificates and apache config to support https (Alex)
