ISO-Grid-Data-Collection-Repo
Project focuses on collecting live data on the electric grid from various sources using provided APIs. Our approach is to develop a system to automatically mine this data from ISO’s in the US. Mined data will be cleaned and stored on reliable computer servers for easy reference and usage by us and other researchers alike. Our starting point will be MISO since it is the closest to us and oversees the Midwest power grid system. After that, we look to progress towards PJM, CAISO, NYISO… Storage of the data will be done on AWS systems.
