Usually scripts here are made with Tampermonkey for Firefox.
Log in V2EX and Navigate to https://www.v2ex.com/my/topics, you will find a button "Show All Fav Topics" on the right. If the button is not presented, please check if this userscript is enabled and try freshing the page.
Click the button and wait for a while, all available topics from your collection should be listed, along with a "Save" button next to the "Show All ..." button. Click the "Save" button for an offline backup for your all favorate topics.
