Installs/backups/restores mediawiki.

mysql, php, apache2 and wget

Basic settings are stored in attribute, so overwrite it if needed. Backup will be done by cron periodically, such as hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. When restore recipe find backup.sql on mediawiki directory, it will be restored and deleted.
