Can We Play

A Java 8 Function that will accept a comma delimited list of latitude and longitude and return a simple string containing "Let’s Play" if it is sunny or clear else "Not Today" (As determined by NOAA). If an exception occurs it will return "The Coordinates did not return a place we can get a forecast. Sorry :-(". If you include it with a Spring Boot application. and it includes the Spring Boot Web starter you can enter this URL to test the function: http://localhost:8080/canWePlay/34.0265,-84.3564.

Requirements:

• Java 17 or Above

Classes:

• CanWePlay contains the Java8 Function that can be incorporated into your app.
