`fit_to_roi` not applied

Hi @constantinpape ,

I tried to implement what you suggested here #42 (comment) in mobie-utils-pythonbut found thatfit_to_roiseems to be ignored bycopy_volume`. The resulting file still has full dimensions.

Here's the config that has the correct parameter.
global.config
