Project: The effect climate change on multi-trophic level species interactions within ecological communities
This repo includes R codes for analyzing the presence and strength of multi-trophic species interactions using hierarchical joint species distribution models, fitted to long-term (2002-2019) community monitoring data on fig wasps associated with Ficus racemosa, and Evaluating the effect of climate on individual species trends as well as inter-specific interactions.
