Synopsis

This directory contains some notes and tools for connectome test project. Running and building Starcluster and creating AMI's using packer.

Installation

Using [StarCluser] (http://star.mit.edu/cluster/docs/latest/quickstart.html)

Using VirtualEnv and mkvirtualenv for starcluster

$ mkvirtualenv connectome
$ workon connectome 
$ pip install StarCluster

Configure starcluster by creating the config file at ~/.starcluster directory OR copy the centos.config to $HOME/.starcluster/config. Change the AWS keys and other parameters on the config file.

More config samples will be available at sc_config folder.
