Adds contract information annotations to graph files

chainalysis_graph_etherscan

Adds automatic contract information annotations to graph files via etherscan api.

1. Paste all ethereum addrs into reactor
2. Download graph .grf file
3. Add api key for etherscan to 'etherscan_token' file.
4. Run code per asciicast.
5. Upload new grf file to reactor and it now has annotations.
