Annotations cannot be accessed

On the website, the overall list of comments is empty. For individual databanks there is no link to get all the annotations. Request through the API such as http://www.cmbi.ru.nl/WHY_NOT2/webservice/rs/annotations/PDB_REDO/1abc give an error 404.
