nQuire: command not found

Hi,
I have cloned and installed nQuire follow README. When I tried to run it with some input file, it came an error <nQuire: command not found>. Did I make some mistakes?

Hi,
could you post here the command you used to call nQuire? If you are calling it from the folder where it was installed, can you run it using ./nQuire?
