question about subcommands of nQuire: view or histo

Hi, I don't know how to understand the result of subcommands of nQuire--histo. the following file is the resuts of my data. one is the result before denoising, the other one is the result after denoising. How can I determine whether nQuire is suitable to my data? Thank you.
