摘要

此專案自從KanColle簽名檔資料庫網站改版後已沒繼續維護了。

Python爬蟲擷取網站KanColle簽名檔資料庫，文字經英中轉換，圖片、語音截錄下來後，利用C#做成Windows桌面精靈。

主要功能有報時功能、觸碰語音。
