Temporary script looks for file that matches certain regex, and accordingly rclones it to a destination.
E.g
"If filename looks like "prefix...........mp4" then rclone to "tdrive:Root/PrefixDep/"
This is in a very temporary stage and the code is messy and not optimized. Use at your own risk.
