Personal LaTeX sty files.
Versioning based on PVP spec. All new versions (after a version has been used in a document) are to be new copies of files, such that old copies will always be correctly referenced by old documents. Version numbers are written in the filename for documents to specify which version to include.
To use, clone to $HOME/texmf/tex/latex/local.
