many2few is a simple CGI script to allow uploads from the masses to a folder accessible to a few (intention is that the destination folder be a Dropbox or rsync'd folder)

many2few is a simple CGI application that allows 'many' to upload arbitrary files to a 'few' people. the intention is that the destination directory would be a Dropbox or otherwise sync'd folder to enable collaboration.

features:
    - specify file types to accept (blacklist or whitelist)
    - specify maximum file size
    - files uploaded are added to a CSV file (SQLite db later versions) along with source IP, name and description
