Change reset value of SPI follower miso to 1

From Julie:
Re-run the basic spi test (The longer test that includes all the SPI function). It passed.
Look at the wave:

  1. Before rst_n release, miso is 1.
  2. After rst_n, miso is drive by the buffer data.
  3. Whence ss_n go low, the real value of miso will be sent to master.
