Simple C++ code to play tic tac toe game.
There are two players. First player chooses X and second player O. If a player gets 3 of their symbols in same row or same column or in a diagonal, the player wins. If no player wins before all the slots are filled then it's a tie.
At each turn a player chooses a grid to place their symbol. ( 0 0 for the top left grid and 2 2 for the right bottom grid).
