An attempt at creating an object oriented GUI framework relying solely on the DirectX drawing methods provided by MTA: San Andreas and not the readily available CEGUI framework. Contains functionality for GIF image drawing (something not natively supported by MTA), setting custom mouse cursors (CUR and ANI formats supported), as well as rotating interface elements in 3D.
