For iOS with Unity 3.5.*

CADisplayLink stops updating when UIWebView scrolled, thus you have to change AppController.mm as the following.

-        [_displayLink addToRunLoop:[NSRunLoop currentRunLoop] forMode:NSDefaultRunLoopMode];
+        [_displayLink addToRunLoop:[NSRunLoop currentRunLoop] forMode:NSRunLoopCommonModes];
