This assignment is implemented with Laravel PHP Framework. It is running version 9 of the framework. Corresponding PHP version should 8+.
You will need to have composer installed on your machine and run composer update command to install the dependencies after that just start your development server using the Laravel artisan command and visit this url ({your_development_server}/sms). This will display a page where you can perfom the sms sending operation
