For MAC OS :

Install carthage
$ brew install carthage -
update frameworks for ios
$carthage update --platform iOS -
check if the IPFSApi framewoeks installed in Xcode at the "Build Phases"

Install "ngrok" ,flow these steps

Run IPFS daemon on your local OS.
