This is the GitHub repository for a project seeking to calculate survival and dispersal for mummichogs in the Raritan and Passaic Rivers using batch mark-recapture data.
The folders are organized as follows:
- original_model: The original model from Jensen et al. (2019)
- original_model_cleaned: The original model with some expanded commenting
- new_model: The cleaned model fitted to the NJ mummichog data.
