The repository is organized using the following architecture:
- data:
- raw: the raw data used in the analysis
- processed: cleaned data used in the analysis
- ... scripts for cleaning and exporting the raw data
- code: scripts for conducting the analysis and building tables and figures
- figures: scripts in this folder will recreate the figures in the paper
- run_model: scripts in this folder will run the MSE and process the results
- figures_presentations: can be ignored by the public; this is for internal use only
- old_effort_dyanmics: can be ignored by the public; this is old work
- output: model outpus
- set1-set5: can be ignored by the public; they are from old versions of the model
- set6: these are the final results used for the published manuscript
- tables: tables with analysis results
- figures: figures with analysis results
- references: key references related to project
