This repository contains the dataset and code for the example in "Diagnostic Methods for Uncovering Outcome Dependent Visit Processes" by Charles E. McCulloch and John M. Neuhaus that appeared in the journal Biostatistics in 2018. The code reproduces the p-values for the diagnostic tests reported in Table 1.
