Developer Guide

How to run locally

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/ceeriil/YFN.git

Navigate into the YFN directory:
```
cd YFN
```
Ensure you have Python 3 installed on your machine. If not, download and install Python 3 from the official Python website.
Create a virtual environment:
```
python3 -m venv venv
```
Activate the virtual environment:
- On Unix or MacOS, run:
```
source venv/bin/activate
```
- On Windows, run:
```
.\venv\Scripts\activate
```
Install the requirements:
```
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
```
Create a superuser account:
```
python3 manage.py createsuperuser
```
Navigate into the src directory:
```
cd src
```
Make migrations:
```
python3 manage.py makemigrations
```
Apply migrations:
```
python3 manage.py migrate
```
Run the development server:
```
python3 manage.py runserver
```
Visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin to make changes to the database.

Note: The project currently uses SQLite as the default database.
