- receives request from alexa skill hosted on Amazon Alexa server.
- performing actions via Post call to SumTotal APIs (authenticated by a API authheader/cookie).
- getting response for user via Get Call to SumTotal APIs (authenticated by a API authheader/cookie).
- sends respose to Alexa Skill hosted on Amazon Alexa Server
