Built for LeedsHack 2011. A simple website that hooks into an SMS api and allows anyone to set themselves up as a first responder around their home postcode. In case of an emergency a bystander could cool 999 but also go to this site and hit "Help". Theis app will the send out an alert to all nearby first responders.
