For the in class kaggle competition

1. Programming language used is python.
2. MSBD 5001 Kaggle.ipynb has the code that can generate the final submission.
3. finale(thisonemaybe)).csv is the generated output file and the one submitted to kaggle.
4. The libraries used are : pandas, numpy, matplotlib.pylpot, seaborn, columnTransformer, train_test_split, CountVectorizer, StandardScaler and lastly BaggingRegressor for model selection.
