Simple electric-box robbery, another illegal way to get materials ;)

Change Log

Materials can now be configured as array, user will get random items depending on config
Police can be notifed if user steal electric box
Server side events, 1 box can only be stolen by 1 user, other users will get already stolen notif
new lucky item ;)
now the quantity can be changed depending on your economy
