loading calibration directly into openni or ros?

I know this is made for infinitam, but any chance these params can be used in openni or ros? If so any advice on how to load them in?
I've been able to generate a calibration no problem (with my pull request), just having difficulty figuring out where to load it in for non infinitam use cases :-)
